Marketing Service Terms

1. Pricing, billing and renewal

Prices are monthly, in CAD for Canadian customers and USD for US customers, plus applicable taxes. Payment is due in advance. Any recurring billing requires customer authorization. Techavix may change package prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes apply prospectively, not retroactively.

2. Included advertising

Starter includes up to $150, Business up to $250 and Growth up to $350 in Meta advertising allocation per subscription month, in the customer's billing currency. The allocation is part of the package fee, not an additional charge. Actual ad spend, campaign status and remaining allocation are disclosed in weekly reports. Campaigns may continue until the monthly allocation is exhausted or the paid subscription month ends, whichever comes first. Platform settings, approvals and minimum budgets may affect delivery.

3. Cancellation, campaign stopping and refunds

Customers may cancel renewal by providing 30 days' notice. Unless the customer requests an earlier stop, campaigns and services may continue until the end of the paid subscription month, subject to available budget and platform rules. Techavix will act promptly on requests to pause or stop campaigns; some platform charges may be incurred before a change takes effect. Advertising expenditure already incurred on Meta or other approved platforms is non-refundable by Techavix, except to the extent platform credits are received or applicable law requires otherwise. Monthly subscription fees and unused advertising allocations are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Techavix materially fails to deliver contracted services. Nothing here limits mandatory legal remedies.

4. Content quantities and approvals

One organic post distributed to both Facebook and Instagram counts as one post. Google Business Profile posts, paid advertising designs and organic social posts are distinct deliverables. Clients are encouraged to review proposed content within two business days. Delayed approvals may affect schedules; Techavix will make reasonable efforts to reschedule content within the subscription period. Up to two reasonable revision rounds per design or content batch are included. Additional work may require a separate quote.

5. Customer materials and account ownership

Customers provide accurate business details, product information, necessary permissions, and usable photos or video materials. Customers remain the owners of their social accounts, business profiles and associated data. Techavix uses authorized account access and does not require sharing personal passwords. Customers warrant that submitted materials may legally be used in marketing. Final, specifically commissioned and fully paid deliverables may be used by the customer; Techavix retains its pre-existing templates, tools and internal processes.

6. Third-party platform changes

Package quantities and features are offered subject to continuing availability, eligibility, technical functionality and policies of Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, WhatsApp, Facebook Marketplace and Google Business Profile. If platform changes materially affect delivery, Techavix may make reasonable adjustments and will notify affected customers. Google Business Profile services require an eligible, verified profile. Marketplace listings and ad placements depend on account and listing eligibility.

7. Advertising standards and right to refuse

Techavix does not accept fake, fraudulent, misleading, counterfeit, illegal, hateful, discriminatory, violent or harassing marketing, or promotions that violate applicable laws or platform policies. Techavix may reject, pause, suspend or discontinue campaigns or content that conflict with its ethical standards, even where a hosting platform would otherwise allow them. The customer is responsible for required licenses, product compliance and truthful claims.

8. Results and service limitations

Techavix does not guarantee reach, impressions, rankings, followers, inquiries, leads, conversions, sales or return on advertising spend. Professional filming, extensive video editing, unlimited revisions and daily customer-message responses are not included unless separately agreed. Service commencement depends on payment, access and materials being available.
